Lyle Rusanowski
Lyle is a proactive, customer-focused operations professional with 25 years of progressive expertise delivering strong operating and financial results in challenging start-up, turnaround, and high-growth operations environments, including manufacturing, planning and production control, supply chain, engineering, quality, facilities, project management and logistics. Lyle has developed an easy-to-do business philosophy that puts a premium on win/win partnerships as a foundation of any business relationship. Lyle takes particular interest in helping new promising technology cross over from concept to viable and helping to push the technology towards commercialization rather than an immediate revenue stream.
Lyle received his MBA from Saint Mary’s College in 2001 and his undergraduate from the University of British Columbia in 1991. Lyle currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and their 2 children.

Paul Rusanowski
Dr. Rusanowski has more than 40 years of government, private sector, and environmental management and consulting experience. He has extensive experience in environmental impact assessments, environmental compliance monitoring, aquatic and marine resource evaluations, development and land use permitting, project consensus building, government liaison activities, public outreach, development and implementation of freshwater, marine and terrestrial monitoring programs, design and implementation of quality assurance/quality control programs, natural resource policy development and implementation, water quality, environmental toxicology, and aquatic ecology.
Dr. Rusanowski has extensive consulting experience within the power generation (hydro, nuclear, coal, and oil fired power plants), oil and gas, and mining industries; and four years of State government experience in the office of the Governor, State of Alaska.
He holds a B.S. in biology from the State University of California at Northridge, a M.S. in botany from the University of British Columbia, and a PhD in plant science from the University of Maine. He is the author or co-author of more than 75 reports and scientific publications.
